Terms:
Qualify for Free Guaranteed destruction For every monitor or printer you provide, you must send a complete computer. (keyboard/mouse not required)

Items must be delivered to our Phoenix, AZ drop off facility (email for location and hours)

There are circumstances where not required, including server removals, networking upgrade removals, etc. Please email for a case by case evaluation. Depending on size you may qualify for Free Removal, including free pickup, or even a settlement for items that are recycled

Charge for pickup If pickup is required there may be a pickup charge depending on location/time. Standard $55/hour-1 hour minimum
Charge for monitors or printers When not accompanied by a computer a charge per item may be assessed.
Complete Computer Means Computer that has not been “parted out” and contains such components as motherboard, hard drive, video card, power supply, etc.
Data destruction Applies to all hardware and software known to contain data, please specify at time of pickup/scheduling special requirements.
Letter of destruction A Letter of destruction can be provided
(must be requested during scheduling or at time or drop off)
